Our Team
Jen leads the portfolio and team towards impact and serves as coach to developing leaders. In 2010, Jen co-created SGL with David and has gleaned over a decade of experience as philanthropic and family office advisor.

Under the banner of SGL, David acts as entrepreneur and seed investor. He is Founder of The Mako Group, a global financial services business focused on liquidity provision for exchange-listed derivatives.

Matthew started with SGL in 2018 and has grown in his position to take on the management of assets, financial systems, projects, and any endeavor SGL decides to embark on.

George provides financial services and business support to SGL through his company, Sound Advising. He served for over a decade in capacity of Business Manager for SGL prior to launching his own company.
